Does any country have no right to launch satellites?

North Korea wants to launch his own satellite. For what? I do not know, but maybe we should have to ask the same question to all the capitalist nations (so many).
In the case of North Korea, the public opinion is that it is for testing long distance missiles. Oh my God, again against the witches, the Iraq lesson has not been learnt yet!

Web about satellites (known....) in the world: number, owner, use, etc.
Guess who is at the top of the list????
